I had an appointment at LMH this morning with my 3 day old son and went to my car and accidentally locked my keys inside luckily only my keys and not baby so we sat inside the hospital lobby. My husband called and Justin was there in about 15 mins unlocked my car and baby and I were able to go home.

So I’ve had an extremely rough day, having to call a company To have your car towed always sucks. I’m pretty sure we’ve all had to do it most of the time, 90% of the time to be exact the person that you call for the tow has an attitude. They call that insult to injury… all of that being said, I used Complete Towing in Newark Ohio to come and pick up my car. I was blessed with Justin Smith. Justin had a very Personable attitude, He was knowledgeable, and kind, His communication skills were impeccable. I will 100% be using complete towing anytime I’m having one of those horrible days.
